Construction company Grand Maison was established in 2020 by the funding of Bond Ltd., the largest investment and construction holding in Georgia. It appeared with one of the large-scale construction projects on Batumi’s real estate market. In the same year, Grand Maison signed a contract with Hilton, about locating the hotel – Hampton by Hilton in the Calligraphy Towers complex. Complex Calligraphy towers are being built under the same brand name, we will see the project completed in the seaside town soon.
